Board-certified in psychiatry and forensic psychiatry, Dr. Chazin provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
Dr. Chazin earned his Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatric residency at Maine Medical Center. He holds additional training from the Sorbonne (University of Paris) and Franklin & Marshall College, reflecting a lifelong dedication to learning and clinical advancement. A Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), he is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association, New Jersey Psychiatric Association, and the American Academy of Psychiatry and Law.
